From sale to installation, I can't say enough good things about our experience with New Window Factory. The installers were very professional and we are thoroughly pleased with the job. I'd recommend New Window Factory to anyone looking for windows or doors.

Practically Perfect in Every Way

Where can I begin, The New Window Factory is the real deal, from start to finish!
It all began with their sales rep coming to my home, and showing off their windows. He didn't speak above my knowledge level, and wasn't condescending either. He kep myself and my wife engaged and made sure we knew exactly what we needed without trying to sell us extra fluff to bump up the cost.
Speaking of cost, our quote was TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars less than other "name brand" window quotes we received.
Then it came to installation day. The crew that came out were extra friendly and made sure they got the job done without disrupting me while I worked from home. They even were careful enough to save the original 100 year old stained glass panes that were a part of my old windows!
The final price was exactly what was quoted, no hidden fees, up charges or snags!
I couldn't be happier, and my wife loves our now draft-free home!

After looking at quite a few window companies for our home we went with the new window factory Sales .They were a pleasure to work with from their salesman who was very informative and really explained the make up of their window with the energy package and fact that the vinyl has no plastic in the frame . The cost was very fair and the installation was done in one day and was done perfectly. I would strongly recommend them to anybody looking for a great window at a fair price done well.

Impressive

We had a great experience with this company. We knew 2 people who had previously used them company and were very happy, so we decided to look into them as well. The salesman was friendly and did not pressure us (unlike another company who did!). The price was right! The installers were friendly, professional, and explained how they were doing installation. We are very happy with our new windows and have already recommended them to a friend.

We have bought windows from New Window Factory before and just replaced our windows in Ocean City NJ. They were there promptly and very friendly. The windows looked beautiful and they cleaned everything up when they were done. Not a piece of paper left. Marvelous job.
